What you’ll be doing…

• Financial Expertise: Leveraging your knowledge in accounting to maintain, analyse, and report on financial information accurately.
• Strategic Planning: Assisting in financial forecasting and budgeting, contributing to strategic decisions.
• Document Verification and Recording: Ensuring accuracy in all financial documents and entries.
• Liaising with Tax Consultants: Communicating effectively with tax professionals and handling data transmission via Datev.
• Invoice Management: Overseeing and organizing incoming invoices.
• Project and Travel Expense Management: Handling financial aspects of projects and travel expenditures.
• Supporting Financial Reporting: Assisting in the creation of monthly and yearly financial statements.

 This Role Is Perfect for You If…

• You’re fluent in English and German (B2, alternatively B1 with a strong will to improve).
• You have a background in accounting or finance and have used different accounting programs.
• You’re accustomed to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and excel in it.
• Your approach to problem-solving is thorough and research-driven.
• You communicate effectively and constructively, understanding the nuances of professional interaction.
• You prioritize effectively and possess exceptional time management skills.
