- Talent Management: Implement and oversee effective recruitment strategies to attract top international talent, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high levels of staff morale.
- Strategic HR Planning: Contribute to long-term HR planning and strategy development, aligning with Rekruut’s growth trajectory and market changes.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and support employee development.
- Policy Development: Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.

This Role Is Perfect for You If…
- Experience: You have at least 3 years of HR / HR management experience, preferably in a startup setting.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of managers and professionals.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in high ambiguity environments and capable of navigating them with ease.
