As the Operations Manager for Medical Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of bridging the gap between talent acquisition and healthcare institutions. Your role will be central to coordinating with country managers, matching candidates with clinics, overseeing immigration and relocation processes, and maintaining strong communication with nursing directors.

What you’ll be doing
- Candidate Experience: You will manage our candidate experience, being the face for our professionals and business partners from North Africa. You will support the recruitment and qualification process from A to Z.
- Interviews and Preparation: Organize and accompany interviews, prepare our business clients and talents for upcoming tasks, and work towards the arrival of professionals in Germany.
- Support for Candidates: Assist candidates in compiling application documents and handle all administrative tasks related to successful occupational migration.
- Immigration and Relocation Oversight: Master the progress of candidate immigration and relocation, ensuring a smooth transition for healthcare professionals.
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong communication with nursing directors and other client stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Utilize strong management and operational skills to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of medical recruitment operations.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (C1 level) and English, both written and spoken.
