Well-deserved time off is not just a luxury, it’s a right. Learn about leave policies that allow you to rest and recharge your batteries so you can support your patients with all your strength and dedication.

4. Protection of labor rights

Equal pay for equal work – this is a fundamental principle in Germany. As a foreign nurse, you have the same labor rights as your local colleagues. Be aware of your rights and do not give in to unjustified demands.

5. Seek advice and support

If you have questions or uncertainties about your working conditions, do not hesitate to contact experts. Lawyers and expert advisors can help you defend your rights and be treated fairly.
